He did such a complete, start-to-finish, exceptional job at taking the time to explaion everything, walking me through the car purchase process and patiently answering every question clearly, that it is my pleasure to mention this. I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata. He is very pleasant, knowledgable, and helpful. His follow up call's to be sure that I was well informed and happy with the purchase were timely, as well. The financial person was also very smart and clear when explaining that paperwork as well. I appreciated that both of them made it a good experience for me.
